How did you do? Maybe you are going through a time of depression. You need someone to talk with and one you can trust. You will benefit from it one day by looking back and see it is no mistake and all things are for a reason. So let's read on.....
So back to the subject, I love the contacts we get through Facebook, Blogging or just plain Email. We want to answer questions, through past knowledge or research we work to help people find results for that things that get us off course.
Here is a question concerning Depression from a friend of my husband, Phil read their conversation....
They said, “I sometimes struggle with Depression, why is it recurring and what can I do about it?”
Phil said, “Two things, Depression is Anger turned inward. That could be anger toward self or someone or something else. Forgiveness of course, is usually the remedy for this type of depression.
Another cause, can be too much introspection ....it can get too dark in there. These are of course, not the only causes! Physical fatigue, vitamin or mineral deficiency, or maybe a hormonal issue.”
He continues with this added advice...... “Having said that, I would suggest a process of elimination track for you. Work through what you would first suspect. This track may lead to a doctor’s visit to check for possible physical causes.”
I liked his simple advice to put this person into action to find the cause and cure. If this should apply to you my prayer is that you will find answers and Father will guide you through this time in your life.
Just this morning this verse came to my attention, it applies here....” Isaiah 25:1 “Praise to the LORD, you are my God; I will exalt you and praise your name, for in perfect faithfulness you have done wonderful things, things planned long ago.” When I read it, it made me stop and realize God knows about everything that happens in our lives, from the beginning, to the end. "Trust" is a word that comes to mind...my friend Trust God, the God that created the universe.... all the way to the finish...a new day is coming!!! The sun will shine!
THE DAWN OF A NEW DAY! |
